Congratulations on
purchasing your new Soladey-2 ionic toothbrush!
We are excited that you have chosen this product as a healthier and more environmentally
friendly approach to your oral hygiene.
THE KEY TECHNIQUE FOR
BEST RESULTS
For best results, brush all the surfaces of your teeth thoroughly to remove any surface
plaque (keep as much light in your mouth as possible).
Then concentrate on the inside bottom row of teeth, brushing lightly with a good light
source, until the Ionic process begins to work.
This Ionic process can be identified as a natural white paste that builds up in your
mouth, and you will feel a very gentle, and subtle, tingling sensation. |

How To Use
Your Soladey 2 Toothbrush:
Do not insert the semiconductor into your mouth without the brush head firmly attached.
If you prefer to have that fresh feeling while you are brushing, we recommend rinsing,
before and/or after brushing, with your preferred mouthwash.
There are several mouthwash and toothpaste products on the market today that do not
contain fluoride or other harmful chemicals. (We do not recommend toothpaste, as it is an
abrasive.)
After rinsing your mouth with mouthwash, wet the bristles and semiconductor with cold
water, brush your teeth LIGHTLY and thoroughly in the same way as with an ordinary
toothbrush.
The only difference is that you should try to keep the head of the toothbrush, the part
with the bristles attached, in the light as much as possible. Allow light into your mouth.
DO NOT BRUSH FORCEFULLY; the gentle brushing action, combined with a good light source and
your own saliva is all that is required for best results. Keep the back of the bristle
head in the light as much as you can to allow light to reach the head while brushing your
back molars.
It is important to understand that it is the light brushing action that creates the
Ionization process in your mouth and not forceful brushing of your dental enamel. This is
why Soladey-2 is so effective for removing plaque above and below the gum line. This is
much easier on your dental enamel than using an abrasive such as toothpaste. Your mouth
will feel cleaner longer, like you have just returned from the dentist.
Testimonials from consumers show that bleeding gums stopped bleeding within weeks of
brushing with Soladey-2, also reducing their sensitivity to heat and cold.
The saliva in your mouth will turn to a white paste color. Your own natural toothpaste.
Try to push this charged saliva through the spaces in your teeth to help wash away any
loose plaque particles that the Ionization process worked loose in between your teeth.
The saliva should stay in your mouth until you feel you should spit, in order to continue
brushing effectively. This natural toothpaste will form again after rinsing your mouth,
and is recommended to be repeated 2 - 4 times every time you brush. DO NOT SWALLOW THIS
SALIVA.
Your saliva & a good light source, works to create an Ionization reaction that helps
to whiten your teeth, extracting coffee, tobacco and other hard to remove stains.
This brushing action and Ionization process helps to eliminate plaque above and below the
gum line.
Make certain there is an adequate light source (natural or artificial) necessary to
activate the semiconductor. The better the light source, the more effective Soladey-2 is.
It is recommended that you rinse with mouthwash before and after brushing instead of using
toothpaste to brush with. Toothpaste will cover the titanium rod, blocking light to the
unit & bristles, which negates the effects and renders the brush as effective as any
regular toothbrush. Do not use toothpaste.
Toothpaste is an abrasive that is proven to have a negative effect on your dental enamel,
as well containing harmful chemicals, which are introduced into the bloodstream through
the most direct route to your bloodstream
your mouth.
It is recommended to soak your Soladey-2 frequently in Hydrogen Peroxide or Grape Seed
Oil, in order to keep it free of harmful infectious microbes

Even the lowly toothbrush is a health hazard: Dentist
Your toothbrush may harbour microbes that can cause heart disease, pathologist says.
Forensic dentist Dr. Tom Glass speaks to dental conference. Toothbrushes harbour an
endless array of infectious microbes and should be thrown out every few weeks, according
to Dr. Tom Glass, a professor of pathology and oral medicine at the Okalahoma State
University. Through his research going back 20 years, Dr. Glass lays claim to being the
first to recognize that toothbrushes act as reservoirs and actually cause bacterial or
viral-induced disorders such as ulcers and other digestive tract illness, respiratory
infections, kidney ailments and even cardiovascular disease. His study refers to the fact
that organisms can be carried into the bloodstream through a minor lesion caused by
brushing. This is not information many patients are likely to hear from their doctor or
dentist at their routine appointments, and Dr. Glass says that is because research like
his is only now finally gaining credibility in the scientific community. Pamela Fayerman,

REPLACING BRUSH HEAD
To keep your Soladey-2 toothbrush operating at maximum efficiency, replace the brush
portion regularly, as often as you would replace a standard toothbrush. (Dentists
recommend every 2 months)
The figure below illustrates the proper method of replacing the brush:
Detachment: Pull the head and handle straight out along the axis.
Insertion: Insert the head into the handle firmly.
DO NOT: Twist and/or bend the head and handle during detachment and insertion.
CAUTION: After use, if toothpaste was used, completely rinse Soladey-2 to remove
toothpaste which may have adhered to the semiconductor, which blocks light from the metal
rod.
Do not separate the brush from the handle except for the purpose of replacement.
